点评：The worse five guys I've ever visited and we love five guys we usually visit the preston restaurant and its always lovely. However most the staff are snotty at this Cheshire oaks branch. We were presented with a very undercooked pink burger (wasnt a problem these things happen) however when we went to ask for it to be cooked properly we got a snotty attitude and was told she needs to see the receipt before they can actually cook the burger properly?? What's that all about? Anyway we got the recipet and they finally recooked it with alot of huffing and puffing like it was our fault they had to recook it? No apologises or anything. Very poor service especially when it wasnt an issue to start with. Your snotty staff made it a bigger problem than it should be. Also your cooks may need retraining on how to cook a burger properly. All staff decided to them stare at us because we dared to ask for our burger to be cooked correctly.
