Not worth it. Kids might have fun but a disappointment.

点评：The water slides are nice and were full of adventure and the elevator taking you up to the top to go on the slides was definitely a bonus compared to most water parks that require you to take stairs.
There were many negatives, however. First, when we walked in, there was nobody to greet us, guide us, or show us where to go. There were no maps handed out and no instruction on where to go. We were a bit lost and confused as there were many paths to possibly follow.
We eventually made it to the area where the lockers were and after paying $119 per person through the cruise line, were forced to pay another $5 for the lockers, which should have been included in our initial cost.
Then, the lazy river was disgustingly dirty and you would not want to go in. The one couple that did go in said it was so “lazy” that it took them over an hour to go around it and they had to literally push themselves along to get to a proper exit. As we were on our way out at around Noon, we saw that they had actually closed the lazy river, which was not surprising.
At the pool area, the walkways were so difficult and painful to walk on. You needed water shoes to walk and there were sharp uneven patches along the way.
The food and drink options were equally bad. They had no juices to offer to my 7-year old. We asked for apple juice or orange juice and they said they had none, despite having a bar - what bar doesn’t have orange juice? We asked for a kids menu and they said they didn’t have any.
We were then told that if we wanted to get a pina colada or strawberry daiquiri the price would be the same if we didn’t want alcohol in it with no price differential for no alcohol. I’ve never seen that before and so I had to pay the regular high price.
Then when we wanted to pay the check, while I was lounging and laying down relaxing on my pool lounge chair, the waiter wanted to make me go to the bar to pay for my bill instead of taking my card and charging it as is normally done. When I told him no, he finally did then take my card to the charge stand and I didn’t have to get up. But why didn’t he just take my card to begin with?
All in all, while my son had a pretty decent time, I would not go back to this place as it was a great disappointment and very much overpriced and underdelivered.
