点评：WOW I have never had a worse experience in my life, one star is honestly generous for the way we were treated. I wish I had seen the bad reviews posted here before I went.
I arrived at the cafe this morning to treat a friend to coffee for her birthday. Before choosing this cafe, I read on the website in order to be seated in the dining area each person must spend a minimum 15$. No problem I thought, although we have dietary restrictions we’re celebrating a birthday, we’ll get coffee and an alcoholic beverages each and make sure to hit the minimum amount so that we can sit and enjoy the display.
upon arrival we were told by the owner that we cannot be accommodated and could only sit in the dining room if we ordered food from a specific menu with each item costing $21. Since we couldn’t eat the food, we thought it would be a huge waste to buy it and throw it out just to sit in the dining area. The owner was unapologetic about our diet restrictions and told us we could only sit near the cafe counter, not in the dining room. Although disappointed, we agreed to sit next to the counter. The owner then proceeded to stand next to our table and loudly complain to a lady about customers “like us” who just want to come take pictures and that she loses money on us. We were in shock, especially since we were willing to spend 45$ (there were 3 of us) when we arrived AND there was not a single person sitting in her dining area. Even though we didn’t argue and sat where she told us, we couldn’t enjoy our time or celebrate the birthday girl because we heard her complaining about us the entire time. We ended up asking her employee for to-go cups because it was so uncomfortable. I’ve never seen a business owner treat customers in this way and I can’t recommend this cafe because of her.
