点评：I stopped coming here because the food was too expensive for what you get, but mainly there is one waitress in particular that is horrible and seemed to always be there. Anyway, I wasn't feeling unwell and had to order out. I tried to order online and there was a seven dollar delivery fee plus it added a tip automatically. I was very surprised and tried to phone them and ask. I just inquired nicely and she started cutting me off quite rudely and saying they weren't having deliveries the rest of the night without even letting me finish my sentence. Then she put me on hold without really listening, came back on and said one of the cooks would bring it. (She was very nice when she brought it. ) But when I tried to inquire about the automatic adding of the tip (back to the waitress and the phone call part) she rudely told me she couldn't give me my money back and if I want my three dollars back the manager would be there the next morning then hung up, making me feel like a bad person. I was actually just wondering because it's not right to automatically add a tip and I wanted them to know the website did that in case they didn't. Not because I "wanted my three dollars back". I'm pretty sure it's the same waitress that's always rude and it's enough that I am not going there anymore. The cooks and dough people are very nice, but that waitress... that is unacceptable.
