点评:The first few times I went it was great. They were polite and kind. They even suggested places for us to go while we were there.
The last time I went solo and was caught off guard.
When I came through the door, upon seeing me, the woman automatically blurted out that they didn't have what I was looking for as she preemptively thought she knew what I was there for. It was an abrupt blurt and kind of loud and forceful which lead me to feel like she was upset or annoyed that I walked in the door.
I told her I was there for pizza this time after that and placed my order, trying to think of it as a one off for them.
Once I got my pizza, I left and went to the beach to eat it as I was starving.
When I opened the pizza it was not fully cooked in the middle and when I picked up a slice it was droopy because the dough wasn't all the way cooked. It was a let down, but I wasn't going back with the pizza after the first experience when coming in to order it.
That last experience left a sour taste in my mouth for coming back.
Again, maybe it was just a bad day for her but it's all about the customer experience right?
