The Pier Waterfront的点评
点评：On the island for work. Needed some lunch/dinner. I thought being a fishing community and a bit touristy this place should be fine. View is terrific although I ordered to go. Staff was good and food prepared within a reasonable time. However being from the area and knowing the difference the fish n chip was edible however I was disappointed given the cost of 20$ and change including 15 percent tip. Fries appeared generic from a freezer bag and although hot and cooked well were undersized in portion. 3 little packs of ketchup. The fish was super over cooked on outer edges and were more the texture of squid. (Chewy and tough). The batter itself was almost a shake n bake recipe. Lacked significant flavor. Fish had either been frozen or was not even haddock. I am a huge fish n chip guy and a New Brunswick local I know the good stuff. That well it was the texture and blandly flavoured like a Pollock. Also very undersized in portion. This is the first review I have ever posted in my life. I'm 40. I would not go here again. However I can only comment on the food I ordered. However I have been turned off. I'll bring a lunch next time with me. I was looking forward to a restaurant meal and recieved a truck stop dinner.
