点评：We visited today, February 12/21 at approximately 11:00 a.m. The cheeseburgers are usually good/okay for the price (if you're looking for quality, go to A&W). We went here and ordered burgers because we wanted a milkshake.
However, AGAIN, we received a terrible milkshake. Deja Vu - not our first bad experience here. There was no sight or taste of strawberries, only strawberry syrup. And the topping was melting into the shake. As we hadn't yet left the drive-thru window, we returned it. A minute later, they handed the milkshake back. The SAME milkshake. They had just added a little more strawberry syrup, which was dripping down the side - NO strawberries. And the topping was now liquid.
We had already driven out of DQ, but I wanted to go back and return it for a refund. However, husband couldn't be bothered. So we had no milkshake and were out $5.
If this is how management trains their employees, then management needs new training.
You've been warned. Save yourself the aggravation and do not order shakes here.
