点评:My uncle and I visited the Mirador Terrace after our hike. We wanted to have 2 glasses of champagne to enjoy the view. I knew beforehand that it would cost a lot and essentially I had high expectations for this venue. Once we sat down we waited 10-15 minutes before being greeted and even being given the menu. When I wanted to order our glasses of champagne. We had to wait another 10 minutes before getting the waiters attention. Once I ordered the champagne it took approximately 20 minutes before we were finally given our champagne. Hardly an apology for the long wait or any acknowledgement for the delay. Extremely unacceptable and unprofessional for 24 CHF per glass I think. It seemed as though they were not in a rush and the terrace was not busy at all. Max 5 tables including us. When we finished our champagne I had asked for the bill and the waiter forgot about us. I think he struggled to prioritise what needed to be done first so in the meantime he was serving other guests again. I had to ask again for the bill and he said he would be with us. HE DIDNT COME. My uncle also asked for the bill and eventually we waited another 15-20 minutes before getting the bill. The audacity at the end to ask if everything was to our liking i thought was sincerely inappropriate as they should be able to see that waiting this long is extremely unacceptable. I strongly advise management to revise their staff and consider training them to actually be worthy of 5 stars and that if they are asking this much for their food and beverages that it’s actually worth it.
I wish I could give you a zero but that wasn’t possible so I gave you a 1.
So to all future travellers, be careful and revise your plans to come and stay here.
