Horrible experience, avoid if you can
大福克斯快捷套房的点评
点评：My husband, 2 kids and i stayed here Friday July 28th after travelling for a few hours. Check-in was easy, get to our room and it hadn’t been cleaned after the last guest, bed still exactly the same as the last guest left it, used towels in bathroom, garbages not cleaned. Advised front desk and was told this was the last room available and no cleaning staff on duty. She would refund us the cost of our room to go elsewhere but since we paid by our airmiles (saved for this specifically), she can’t refund the airmiles. Tried airmiles and they were closed. Couldn’t get through to next door hotel which we would have to pay for out of pocket for IF any availability. Asked front desk lady a few times if she was sure there were no other CLEAN rooms available, she assured us there wasn’t. She ended up bringing us cleaning supplies and fresh bedding and we had to clean the room and make up the beds ourselves since there was no staff available to do this and we needed to get our tired kids to bed. Got a call after the kids were asleep and we had cleaned the room that miriacously a clean room was available - too late at this point. She promised to tell the morning manager about this so something could be done. Checked with front desk in the morning and of course they weren’t made away of this. Brie at front desk in the morning was sympathetic but said we would have to call the booking company. Matt the manager was very unsympathetic and didn’t seem to care at all. Besides all of this, the hotel was quite run down and the service is not great.
