This hotel did not meet my expectations.

点评：During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered several issues. Firstly, there were problems with the front door, which was not functioning properly, and the elevators were occasionally out of service. Additionally, the posted pool hours were inaccurate, causing some confusion among guests. The breakfast provided did not meet expectations and was missing several items. The hotel staff exhibited unprofessional behavior.
I also noticed that the doors to the rooms did not close securely without manual assistance, which raised concerns about privacy due to inadequate door frames. Furthermore, the room keys were prone to malfunction, as resetting one key often resulted in the deactivation of all others. The thermostat in the room was inconsistent, leading to discomfort as the temperature fluctuated between being too hot and too cold. Lastly, I found the overall atmosphere of the hotel to be excessively dry.
The rooms exhibited an unpleasant odor and did not appear to be adequately maintained. The shower and bathtub showed signs of soap scum, while the toilet was not clean. Additionally, there was a sticky residue present on the fridge shelves. Guests should not be expected to provide their own cleaning supplies to ensure a comfortable stay.
