舒适酒店的点评
点评：Zero stars would be appropriate. The hotel was absolutely filthy. We discovered old food under the bed along with some sort of dirty food container. There was also what appeared to be blood stains on the comforter or poop stains on the sheets. The floors clearly had not been vacuumed in the room or mopped/swept in the bathroom. The toilet also did not function properly...took three flushes to work. When we brought these issues up to the general manager, who refused to provide his name, he stated that because we did not immediately (within 10 mins) bring this to his attention he would not do anything to rectify the situation (refund for that first night/discount of some sort). We did get moved to a new room....where we discovered used Qtips, probably several years old, in the heating vents, along with a shower that would not heat properly. In addition, we have several unexplained bug bites on our ankles. A thorough inspection of the room did not reveal any bed bugs, but unsure of where the bites came from otherwise. When I met with the general manager to discuss again, he became very aggressive. Slammed the table, stood up and got in my face, telling me it is my fault for not saying something sooner and refusing to provide any genuine apology or discount again. He also kept AirPods in the whole time and did not really pay any attention to me, or any guest for that matter. His lack of care or professionalism was appalling. He should not have a job. I have contacted the North Dakota health department and reported the hotel for their lack of cleanliness.
