点评：We decided to go to the Pilot House for my husband's birthday as we had not been for a very long time. We had a 1 pm reservation for lunch. We arrived on time; the hostess was in her pajamas but ok. We were sat at a crappy table directly across from the drinks/ prep station which I understand is the luck of the draw but there were three tables overlooking the water than had not been bussed, so it was a bit disappointing. We sat down a few minutes after 1 pm and were not greeted or offered any drinks or even water until 1:30 pm when I stopped the waiter and asked for water. We contemplated leaving but were unsure where else to get a table with such short notice. We placed an order for crab dip and two cocktails. The drinks took another 15 minutes, and we decided to get our crab dip and leave. The dip came and was no more than four tablespoons for food for $18. P.S. The tables by the water were not bussed the entire time we were there. We paid and walked a short distance to The Rooster and Crow. We will never go back. Thank goodness we avoided a $200 lunch that would have taken over 2 hours. AVOID. TL; DR. 45 minutes to get drinks and apps. Pricey for the amount. Crappy service. Zero customer service.
