点评：I don’t often write reviews and I am aware of staffing shortages everywhere. This is the worst Olive Garden experience I have ever had. The restaurant was empty so we were surprised to hear we would have a 20 minute wait. We decided to sit in the bar so we could be served quicker. We sat in the almost empty bar and didn’t see a bartender for over 10 minutes. We ordered a bottle of wine and the endless soup and salad. After another 10-5 minutes he showed up with our Chicken Gnocchi soup which had no gnocchi in it. I asked where the wine was and he said he had to find the wine key and that somewhat taken it. He finally brought us the wine just plopping the bottle on the counter for us to pour. I then asked where our salad was. He explained it had been a busy day and someone in the back was making it… meanwhile another 5 or so minutes go by until a waitress shows us with salad. Usually they offer fresh grated cheese but not at this poorly run Olive Garden. The bartender was pleasant, just a serious air head… his main concern was flipping his long flowing locks… it turned into a comical experience 🤣
