Almost made my birthday girl CRY! The owner is a HATEFUL EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN!

点评：DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! The owner ruined my 8yr old's birthday party, that we paid $300.00 for. Almost had my baby in tears she picked on her so much. Also tried to yank a lollypop out of my 5yr old's mouth saying they "end up in the bounce house". Which she was nowhere near the bounce house. I have never encountered someone so hateful and mean at a business that caters to children before in all my life. That woman is PURE EVIL to ruin a child's birthday because she "was too good" using the pvc guide that we paid for. She and her staff took it away from my daughter over half a dozen times before we became disgusted and left. At one point she took it away and said how well my daughter was skating without it (she had never been on a rink before) that she was "like a boy on those skates!" Then my daughter promptly fell and busted her butt because she did not have the guide. That we paid for. That the owner repeatedly took away from her, citing some new rule or other. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A BUSINESS. TOO BAD I PAID $300 FOR IT.
