If Wet One-Ply Toilet Paper Was a Hotel…
西尔瓦迪尔斯伯勒区麦客达套房酒店的点评
点评：The front desk employee was very friendly, that’s where the positives end.
The day before our check in, I received an email offering an upgrade to a “suite”. I accepted and paid for the upgrade. When we arrived and checked into our room it was not a suite and smelled like a dank basement. There were pubic hairs in the bathroom sink and the tub.
I immediately went to the front desk and was told our upgrade was “declined due to availability”, which is absurd. Why send an email with the offer when it isn’t available?!
I requested a room change due to the conditions of the room. The second room smelled better, but that’s it.
There was mildew all over the bathroom, the toilet seat was falling off, the hair dyer looked like a fire hazard, the TV had been taken off the wall and placed on the desk, the CABLE BOX (what hotel has cable in 2024?) was on the desk and was covered in dirt and dust (we had to have the front desk come up and setup the TV so we could actually watch it), the security latch was missing, and our socks turned black from the carpet. The mirrors on the walls, an old corded phone, and broken alarm clock were the main decor. There were no USB charging ports at all.
The “breakfast” is a joke. I’ve had to drink a lot of bad coffee in my life, but this was by far the worst. Couldn’t even drink it.
Add the multiple broken down vehicles in the parking lot, exterior doors that don’t close and lock (creating a serious security issue), and single ply toilet paper making this is one of the worst properties I have been to in awhile.
Definitely won’t be staying here again.

“早餐”简直是笑话。我这辈子喝过很多劣质咖啡，但这是迄今为止最糟糕的。甚至不能喝。
再加上停车场里有多辆坏掉的车辆，外门关不上锁（造成严重的安全问题），卫生纸只有一层，这是我最近去过的最糟糕的酒店之一。
绝对不会再住在这里了。
