点评：I hate to write this review. We have enjoyed going to the mad batter many times together and with family and friends. The staff was always friendly and food was good. It started when we walked in the door. The woman at cash register sad if you don't know what you want you can sit until you do rudely. You have to order your food at register. She didn't sat HI can I help you. I was ready to order I Told her this and my husband said he was too. I ordered Tomato soup and Salad. The salad is grilled chicken Caesar kale. I always ask can I get the chicken blackened? The woman says we don't make blackened. I said I always get it that way can you ask the cook. She said I don't have to ask the cook I'm the owner very unfriendly and unprofessional. Then she brought the food to table and said we made it blackened for you. which I thought was great. Then she comes back to table 5 minutes later and says we won't give you that again if you come back here very rude and again unprofessional. The rest of the staff and food is good. I will not be going back to eat here and support such a rude and unprofessional persons business. Take a lesson from your staff owner on how to speak and act to returning customers.
