JD's Smokehouse的点评
点评：JDs Smokehouse is only open 3 days a week (Thurs- Sat) and when you pull into the parking lot; it is a bit overwhelming. But, they have an efficient process. You queue up at the entrance, place your order, pay and then get seated. If you put the tip on the bill; they give it back to you in cash. They explained it is so you can determine if the service is worth the amount you fronted.
The place is bustling. Lots of workers buzzing around and lots of happy diners.
The menu has smoked meats and sides and no choice is bad.
We ordered the combo plates: smoked chicken, pulled pork and brisket and spareribs. Everything was tender, moist and delicious.
The sides are different, but so flavorful: hash brown casserole, baked beans and other palate pleasing choices.
The service is attentive and friendly. They keep your drink full and bus the tables quickly to give you space.
Overall, great food, great service and a seating process which is a little different but it works.
