点评：We were visiting from Perth, and I looked for somewhere special for dinner in the Barossa where we could watch the sun set ...my wish list included - good views and menu, atmosphere, ambience etc..., and I found Horizon 1837. I am so glad that I found this restaurant! We could not fault the food, service and ambience. The food was so good, I would put my neck out and put it on par with a 5 star restaurant (without the pretentiousness). It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the sommelier from the start of our meal (Nelson) who not only had excellent knowledge, was happy to assist with bespoke cocktail recommendations and personal anecdotes of his wine journey. His presentation was faultless and certainly added a degree of ceremony/importance to our dinner. Irs a gentle environment, that takes pride in its produce, and we can't recommend this restaurant highly enough (it's well worth the drive!). Thank you for a very lovely and special experience! P.S - it was also my birthday and I was presented with a beautiful mini dessert after our meal
