点评:My experience with the business practices of this business were terrible. I booked a room with two single beds months in advance of my arrival. I tried to several times in the months preceding my arrival to contact the Lodge by phone, left messages and never received a return call. About 4 days prior to my arrival I received an email indicating my reservation was confirmed for a King Bed. This caused my friend to book a room in a hotel in Robbinsville. The day prior to my arrival I was able to call and have someone answer the phone and was told that my reservation was for two singles. The attendant said they system indicates all rooms reservations are King Beds. The room was also in poor condition. Towel racks falling down, door knob about to fall off, etc.
If you call the lodge it is a near miracle if someone actually answers the phone or calls you back.
I overpaid the Lodge for a Prime Rib dinner and requested a credit be processed on my credit card. They indicated they would process the credit. After two weeks passed I called and inquired about my credit. They said they were going to process the credit but never did. I eventually received the credit by disputing the charge with my credit card company.
I don't recommend this business.
