点评：I am VERY DISAPPOINTED about my recent visit to your Red Lobster location in Pineville, NC. When my parents & I 1st get there, we all notice that indoors it's VERY cold. We sit at a booth, the waitress comes over in a timely manner to ask us for our drink order & hand us menus. The menus were STICKY! When she hands me my bottle of beer, it's STICKY! Both my mother & I order there Ultimate Feast; as 1 of my sides, I got the lobster mashed potatoes. There were 2 TINY lumps of lobster on top of some white, pasty sauce, on top of some BOXED mashed potatoes that DESPERATELY needed salt/pepper to make them edible. When my meal arrives, I noticed both the crab legs & the lobster tail was EXTREMELY small. My mother had the same reaction; we both looked at each other like, "Is this a joke?" While the food tasted ok, the portions for the price were WAY OFF!! This was to be a rare evening out with my family, as I don't live nearby & we wanted to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. It felt like a meal for a small child, & a joke. . (but the joke wasn't funny)!! The portions here are a JOKE!! 😠
