Cinder Bistro的点评
点评：The experience we had yesterday at Cinder Bistro was exceptional. The proprietor, Kathleen, as well our server, Alex, made the experience even more of a treat. My boyfriend and I decided to stop here after a little Sunday morning drive that we take ritually as we look for new food finds on our mini adventures. Being in and around the food and beverage industry for over 20 years, I can be a bit hyper critical. No need to hear- it was exactly what we wanted, with excellent service and an airy and welcoming atmosphere.
We split a BBQ platter with three offerings (brisket, chicken, pulled pork) and mixed our sides up with collards, baked beans, potato salad, and hush puppies. You gotta know what all is available after all, right? Alex, our server even sent us home with banana pudding that after our smorgasbord of goodness we didn’t need but we were very happy we departed with. We had a couple of local pints, a stout and double IPA. It was more food than we could finish and there was not a single thing we would not have ordered again. We highly recommend Cinder Bistro to local and travelers alike. It can be as simple or diverse as you’d like it and very clean, open interior. We can’t wait to go again when in the area!
