点评：Morning of April 25, 2025. Lacking in Customer Service at the Pine Street location in Mt Airy, NC. The older female cashier was just short of being rude. I was just showing her a Hardee’s deal on the app and she said I don’t touch anyone’s phone. I wasn’t asking or wanting her to touch my phone. When she couldn’t get the register to honor a deal that was on the app she said she would take care of it. When I got to my table and took my food out of the bag I discovered the dollar biscuit that she was going to take care of was missing. I went back to the counter and asked about it and the young male manager said he couldn’t just give food away. I then asked for a refund which he not only gave me then had to throw my order in the garbage instead of honoring the free dollar biscuit. I then went to the Hardee’s on Rockford Street in Mt Airy and what a difference. Great Customer Service, pleasant employees and they didn’t have an issue with honoring the app. While I will never go into the location on Pine Street again I should write a 5 Star review for the Hardee’s on Rockford Street in Mt Airy, NC.
