点评：This past weekend I placed an order for two pizza with this location. One pizza was a Shaq-a-roni. When reviewing the order prior to placing the order I noticed extra pepperoni was checked. It already has extra pepperoni so I unchecked the box. After a 10 mile round trip I opened this pizza and found it had no pepperoni at all. I called the location and a girl told me if I could bring the pizza back they would either refund or replace my order. I opted for replacement. When I arrived at the location The manager, Christi, greeted me in a rude fashion and explained that I had received the pizza as i had ordered it. She also told me I would not get a refund or a replacement. I explained my review of the order and why I had unchecked the extra box to no avail. Again I was told she was the manager and I would not get a refund or replacement. What great customer service. I opted to leave the pizza with Christi. It did slide out of the box as I was leaving. Oops! Great customer service is a thing of the past with this pizza chain. The reason for a 10 mile round trip is the Papa John's 1.5 miles from my house has become a haven for unsavory characters who peddle and partake of their wares as well as sleep in a car behind the building. They work at this location, too. Times they are a changing. I will never visit these restaurants again and advise others to do the same.
