点评：Me and my wife went here for a special occasion to eat the Prime Rib. Had several friends say it was good so we thought we would give it a try. What a mistake that was. First of all let me say the service was good and very friendly. We got there early to beat the 5 o'clock crowd when they started serving the Prime Rib. Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, greens and cheese curds were great. The prime rib arrived and the disappointment started with the first bite. You literally had to saw through the meat with a serrated steak knife. It was extremely tough, dry and flavorless. There was some kind of green spices caked on the outside of the meat that simply overwhelmed any flavor that might have been there. Maybe they had some leftovers from the night before and tried to get rid of it, just speculating. I will not be going back for the Prime Rib and definitely not recommending anyone to waste their money on it.
