点评：Very nice atmosphere. Cozy. Second time here. It was Monday, the day after New Year’s Day. Hardly any restaurants open that day. The place was very busy. In fact, I am a local and every time I pass this place the parking lot is full, no matter what time of day. The hostess said it would be a 20-minute wait. It was about 10. Plenty spaces to sit while you wait. Our server, Austin, was wonderful. Always there when we needed him, gave good recommendations, was attentive. Made sure our app didn’t come out with our lunch at same time. Apologized when our app took a long time. We understood, it was very busy. It was worth waiting for. He was definitely glad to be there serving us. So polite and an excellent representative of Longhorn. He was just as kind and attentive to other tables. The other waiters were good too. They all help one another. Even a man who appeared as a manager delivered food to tables in between helping the hostess.
Food is great. Tried the spinach/cheese dip, offered for a limited time. Excellent. The fried, puffy bread they served with it was exceptionally delicious. I hope they keep this special on their menu! Onion soup was good. Burger was good but not as good as the steak sandwich I had the last time. Could be that I asked for medium well and my taste is leaning more to medium. Husband’s chicken sandwich was good too. Will definitely go back. Next time we may sit at the bar. Looks fun. And it is right off Exit 105.
