点评：We arrived at 5:45pm, the restaurant WAS NOT busy. There were 7 of us in our party. We sat there approx 10 mins before a server even came to get our drink order. Drinks were delivered and she walked away. Came back about 10 mins later to take the orders. Myself and my partner order 2 chopped BBQ plates. 1 with BBQ beans, green beans and hush puppies and the other plate fries, cole slaw and buns with a side of BBQ beans. When we finally got the food 20 minutes later, the server brought out 1 chopped BBQ plate and a Brisket plate. I explained to the server that is not what I ordered. She took it back to the kitchen and 5-10 minutes later returned with the chopped BBQ platter and the sides that I ordered. Not having enough time to eat because the service was so slow and I had to give a shot at exactly 7pm, I ask for to go boxes. Got those and my partner and I got up and then ask the server for our ticket. She went into the kitchen and never came back. 2 other people also ask us if we where being helped, we told them we ask for the ticket to pay. We had no clue who the server was. Finally got our ticket. Went to the register to pay what should have been around $30. When I got the receipt to sign it was over $50.00. I told them the ticket was wrong, and what I ordered. They kept asking me where was the Brisket, I explained I didn't get a Brisket and told them what I had. I explained this to 3 different people. Who kept asking me what happen to the Brisket. I kept telling them the server took it back to the kitchen. No Sh*t, this went on for 5-10 mins and it was now going on 7pm. They kept insisting that I did something with the Brisket. SMH. I then explained this to Lynne, who claimed to be a manager, and she kept asking me what happened to the Brisket. I kept telling here I didn't order a Brisket and I had what I ordered in a to go box, her reply was, so you have the Brisket to go. Yes, after standing there for 15+ minutes trying to explain to these people that the server messed up and gave me the wrong order and charged me the wrong price, I was getting upset. I don't know how many ways to explain to them, I NEVER ORDERED A BRISKET IN THE FIRST PLACE, I ordered 2 chopped BBQ plates. Lynne in a nasty tone, to me that if I didn't stop getting upset (which at this point, yes I was, because these people weren't listening) that she would not correct the problem. It finally took another person to come over and fix the problem. With 4 people standing there, I ask for the GM name and contact number, they gave me a name but refused to give me a contact number. I also ask for the owner’s name and they refused to provide me with that information as well. I will never recommend this place again. After the way things were handled during this trip, Never again and I will not recommend this restaurant like I have many times in the past. As many times as I have been there, I have never had a problem. They also charged a Large party gratuity fee which no where on the menu or any signs saying they will do that. So I hope that someone who owns this place will read this and get in touch with me. They should know how patrons are being treated.
