点评：If you blink you miss this little gem of a restaurant. I would have tried them out much sooner if I knew how quaint the inside is and how delicious the food was.
I ordered the Blue Cheeseburger as my 1st of many future meals from here. I fully intend to order a Cuban sandwich next time. I would actually recommend this place for dinner rather than lunch so that the atmosphere and food can really be appreciated. Plus, I would love to try some of their wine offerings and work would not appeciate day drinking, lol
The burger was of quality ground beef & cooked to perfection. The bacon on top of the burger was also of good quality and thick cut. The only negative I would say was the side of commercially made chips. For the price point of almost $10 for the burger, a simple but freshly made side should be on the plate to enhance the overall effort. I ordered the potato salad separately because I found out that was made in-house & really enjoyed the flavor & texture of the potatoes.
Overall, very good impression of Happenings On Elm!
