点评:I cannot say enough great things about the care and customer service I received from the crew at Thermal Valley Hang Gliding!
I was scheduled to have my first hang gliding experience yesterday but unfortunately, my car decided to give out on me about 15 minutes before I could reach the destination. I called and spoke to Aubrey, the General Manager, alerting her that I was running behind and that i was not sure I'd be able to make it due to my car issues. She must've heard the anxiety and helplessness in my voice and calmly reassured me that she would send someone down to see if they could help.
A short while later, Craig, the tandem pilot, shows up with tools and is helping me check under the hood and assessing what the issue could be. He stayed there with me for nearly an hour trying to help out. Long story short, we determine it's probably best if I get my car taken to a shop rather than do the hang gliding trip, so I start to make my 1.5 hr trek back home. Before doing so, Craig made sure to give me his number and told me to call if I had any trouble and said he'd come out to meet me. Later that evening, he even checked in on me to make sure it made it home safely.
Although I did not get the hang gliding experience I was hoping for--I was absolutely blown away by Aubrey and Craig's sincere care and attentiveness, and I will definitely be going back!
