点评:Terrible experience here today. I pulled the manager aside to give her feedback on how poorly the hostess was doing communicating w the long line of customers. Poor eye contact. No acknowledgement when people arrived that she saw them. Was extremely slow. Needs training as her personality was very quiet and shy and she seemed like she was a poor fit for the role. Needed training for sure. At one point there were 4 tables open and she just stood there. Not explaining why no one was being seated. The manager came over and she was defensive and condescending. Defended everything with “I have had her for six months and no one ELSE complained, but I will of course address everything you said.” And tried to explain that they could not seat all the tables as it would overwhelm the kitchen. There are about 15-17 indoor tables. THAT is going to overwhelm your kitchen? So on a Sunday morning you cannot allow your seats to be filled? Hmmm.
Another issue. The place was so hot!
Saw a man who was under the thermostat ask if we could pls make it cooler as it was 79 degrees. His waitress said “It is locked” and walked away. He was obviously frustrated and asked someone else. Nope.
We left. Will not be back.
