The Restaurant at The Greystone Inn的点评
点评：Dinner=4, brunch=5 stars. Had two meals, New Years Eve dinner, and New years day brunch. Brunch was 5-star! Terrific setting. 85-90% of food was also terrific. Our main server was 5-star. The others gazed around the room while delivering, bumped our table on numerous occasions and were generally not attentive or 5-star servers.
However, the setting made up for most any annoyances or unprofessionalism. tenderloin with lobster/spinach Hollandaise= good, nothing amazing. scallop pastry was amazing. salad delish. Burger fantastic after we returned the first one for being over well done, when ordering a Med rare (it seems they sent us an old one sitting under a heat lamp-you know the one..) Anyway, the replacement was A1, the Benedict gets a 95, salad 90..
All mostly nice and well done. Did not feel it was worth the $300+ with only 2 glasses of wine. But again it was NYE and they had us trapped with the Prix Fix. All in all a 4.5 star. 4 for dinner, 5 for brunch.
