点评：My family and I arrived here to eat. Waitress comes to the table.. drink order was 2 unsweetened iced teas and a Sierra Mist. Teas were requested to come the yellow packets of sweetener. She returned with 2 Sierra Mist one unsweetened tea and pink packets of sweetener. The meal was messed up. Took 4 employees to get a manager to the table after my dinner never showed up. Everyone had finished their dinner. I'm still waiting for mine. She was in and out of the kitchen several times..but my chicken tenders and fries never came out. After asking that the chicken tenders and fries be removed from the bill..it took manager a and manager b to spend 20 minutes talking about like they were sitting around a fire pit. I refused to pay for a meal I did not eat nor did they pack it to go as I asked. I was told a credit was submitted to corporate and it will take some time. Really Applebee's....as I finished up discussing my frustration with management on site..another Waitress chimed in well She is new...I had to walk away. But I still walked out with a charge to my card but no chicken tenders and fries...
