点评：Prime Barbecue is an experience that any BBQ lover should partake in. The food at Prime may be some of the best BBQ in North Carolina or at least the Triangle. The best option for anyone is getting the meat platter. The brisket, just from the sight of it, makes your mouth water. The brisket falls apart and will melt in your mouth, giving you a good moment of bliss. The ribs fall off the bones and are full of flavor right down to the bone. The pulled pork is cooked with the right amount of tenderness, dedication, and love felt in every bite. The best part is that all these meats are great without the sauce, but the sauce can give you an extra kick of joy. The baked beans, sweet corn, Mac and cheese, and green beans are all great companions for sides. A cobbler is a perfect finish to feed the dessert belly if you have room after all the meat. The cobbler is always sweet and crisp. If you have a party or want to feed people at home, ordering a whole pork roast or brisket is easy, and it tastes just like you got it straight from the restaurant. The food is exceptional, but honestly, even if the food were just okay, I would go back as the hospitality may almost be better than the food. The long line may be intimidating, but the owner and management team pour their hearts out to ensure everyone has a great experience. They will talk to you in line, give you a tour of where the magic happens, and bend backward to ensure you have the best experience possible. Prime has plenty of seating and a patio and play area, making it great for families in the summer.
