点评:11/3/2024 - I said hello to the teen who appeared not to want to be there, told him I wanted a cone with cookies & cream and butter pecan, and I wanted butter pecan on the bottom. I had noticed other customers eating with a waffle cone. He never mentioned the waffle cone but showed me a regular cone. He started filling the cone and I asked if they were out of the waffle cone & if there was a price difference. He mumbled what the price was and changed the cone for me. I figured it would be a little over $5. When he gave me my cone he said nothing, I handed him $5 that I was holding, he went over to the calculator, asked the other teen something, then came back over to me, but said nothing. I asked what was the price with tax and he said $5.07, so I gave him seven cents. This was the most unfriendly customer experience I've ever had. Even when I tried to have a conversation with either teen, nothing. I chalk it up to no customer service training whatsoever. I could have been buying with plans to bring more business but they will never know and after this experience, I never will. As for the ice cream, I'll continue to spend my money on Breyers. The "ice cream" tasted more like "ice milk" with very little cream used.
