点评：First, I love Bob Evans restaurants. Even though there's not one close to home, I always make a point to dine at their restaurants when I travel. Love their food, service is usually good, good value. Which made my recent visit to the Bob Evans in Hickory so disappointing. I ordered the turkey dinner (a usual favorite). The carrots were brown and shriveled and the turkey tasted funny. When I asked for a replacement (the summer salad), the manager said "that's funny, the four people that ordered this before you didn't have a problem". Then the games with the salad -- first I was served a half size, no chicken. I mentioned "this is not how it's pictured". Oh, did you want a full size? Then I received the full size salad, no chicken, dressing, or silverware (it was taken with the turkey). Waited about 10 minutes for the chicken, asked again for salad dressing and silverware. By this time, everyone else in my group had finished eating, so it was uncomfortable eating alone. At the end of the meal, I believe a few dollars were taken off my bill, but I was still charged. Horrible experience -- I'll continue to visit Bob Evans' restaurants in the future, but not in Hickory!
