Excellent facility, very inflexible staff

点评：The facility is really quite nice. It feels brand new and is incredibly clean.
The service was a bit of a turnoff though. We were a group of three and we’re the only people in the place for almost the entire time of our visit. There was one other group many stalks away from us for maybe 15 minutes of overlap. We had asked for a different stall a few over from us (even further away from the others) because it felt more open than ours. We were told that we couldn’t because it’s only used for large groups. But we were the only ones there? Why not? And then one person from our group was a beginner and on a really and streak and went to the stall next to us to throw a little to get back in the groove. The attendant came over and told him he couldn’t — that we had to stay in our stall. Literally no one else was there, and we were paying based on time.
I highly recommend the facility and the activity, but think they need to be a bit more customer friendly and accommodating. I’m sure the employee was following the rules, so I can’t blame him personally. But it was a turnoff.
