点评：Went in to place a to go order. Chose a specific slice of pizza & after several attempts to let cashier know, she finally pointed to it & said okay. She did not communicate this info with the employees who were cooking pizza, so I did not get the piece I had chosen. I asked for a refund. Cashier got huffy & displayed an attitude. When i told her not to get an attitude with me-that I’d told her 3 to 4 times, the manager stepped in and told me “a little kindness would go a long way”!!! While waiting on order, the other teenage girl tried to pick a fight with me by asking if I “had a problem” and did I “want to step outside”-TWICE. She used both hands to flip me off and yell at me to “go *uck off”. We were embarrassed that they made it seem like WE were the problem. Over a slice of pizza. We spent nearly $50 there & then tipped 20%. Manager wound up giving us the order and a full refund, but girl should have been terminated immediately!
