点评：Rating is no reflection of food or wait staff as we never made it that far.
Made a 7:30 reservation. Arrived at 7:10 and checked in and was told it would be about a half hour, but close to my reservation time. Checked back around 8:00 and was told that they were clearing some tables on the lower patio (several of which had been empty for quite a while). Slowly, all those tables were seated.
At 8:40 I spoke with the manager about my frustration and asked what was the point of making a reservation if they could not honor it. I was told that they had 20 something 7:30 reservations and they were seating those people in the order in which they checked in, but she could seat me immediately. She again reiterated all the 7:30 reservations they had and I explained that that was the problem. They took too many reservations for the same time.
Again offered to seat me immediately and I declined. If I had wanted to eat after 9:00, I would not have made a 7:30 reservation.
Even though the "sailor" left me hanging, I found "5 Guys" up the road that were happy to make me a quick burger.
