点评:Cinebistro embodies the reason for decline in the American Cinematic experience. A once thriving, swanky, upscale bar and dine-in theater is now the equivalent to a run down 'dollar-theater' which only plays films on the way out. They used to have a plush seating experience with chairs that recline. Today those chairs are moth eaten, and wouldn't even be found in your worst trailer park. Ok, maybe the worst. With high ticket prices and over priced food you're already expected to be a non-negotiable 18% gratuity on your $14.00 Popcorn and $6.00 cup of coke, this is not a low priced affair. The expectation at the very least is to have a good, if not great, cinematic experience. Alas, amidst the various other run down features, our last interaction included blown speakers. Every base change was a high annoying buzz. The movie was the wolfman, in theater 5 if anyone cares. A ton of base. We told the manager, ... he could do nothing. He was apologetic and, .... offered nothing. His hands were tied by owners who don't care. I said, "should we not be compensated for this experience?" I was literally told No. What if you got new tickets and wound up in the same theater and the issue wasn't repaired. I was flabbergasted. Not only did he acknowledge the state of affairs, and lack of good care the theater had received - but also the fact that complaining to management would do no good. This was our last outing at what my wife considered her favorite theater. We won't be going back - there is simply no reason to pay extra when I have better accommodations at my couch. I wish I could give you a sub one rating Cinebistro. You have lost your way.
