点评:The manager saw me taking a photo of the horribly worn seats and spoke to me more than once asking me not to post them online, stating that he’s sent pics to management three times in a year and that the guys who wear $1000 suits make capital improvement choices not the guys in $200 suits like him.
We planned to see Wonka on Christmas Day 2023 with our family, but the reviews about the broken heat worried me as we’d experienced that in November 2022. Stopped by to get tickets refunded but manager assured me heat was working in theaters with movies but lobby was freezing and a customer emerged just at that moment to request a refund due to extreme cold. Manager put name on list put never refunded 4 tickets. Realized there was a button to click in email confirmation for refund, which would have been helpful for him to mention.
Attended two movies in January 2024, and heat was working again. Second visit WiFi was working so could download gift card in email. Salmon is always excellent and glad fries have returned to accompany burgers (miss sweet potato fries but glad tater tots now off menu).
The ten year old seats need replaced. CineBistro same price as Paragon down the street with nice reclining heated seats.
And don’t hassle customers taking pics for online reviews. An apology or a competed item would go much farther.
