点评：In the off chance anyone actually reads my reviews, my rule is to only comment on the best… or the worst. Without hesitation I would rank SYLVIA as one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in such a long time. I’m spoiled in that I have dear friends in Dallas who own and operate Bob’s Steak & Chop House and TEXAS Beef Fish Fowl, where the food, service and ambiance are always second to none, and now I can add another 5-star establishment to the short list of the best of the best. My college daughter found this place just by searching on-line and were we impressed! We felt at home the moment we walked in and it just got better and better. We started with the prosciutto and fig appetizer, along with the blue cheese wedge salad. Absolutely first rate. I had the lamb chops and my daughter had the New York Strip. Capped off with an espresso ice cream that blew me away. And the service was delightful and attentive. I had zero complaints, and these days that’s a rarity.
