点评：As you can see from my last review in December 2024 and my other reviews this is one of my top ten local favorite restaurants for happy hour. They always close for business during the Winter holidays. They reopened for business on Wednesday February 12. We were there with our friends on opening day. I will summarize my last two visits here for 4 pm happy hours in February. Both times we sat at the bar and I enjoyed my two Man in Black Manhattans up. The first time I enjoyed their Cuban sandwich. After our first visit they reactivated their $29 happy hour specials, which I love. We returned for our second visit this season on Wednesday. This time I enjoyed my usual seafood Bouillabaisse with a double order of asparagus for only $29. The regular Bouillabaisse price is $39. Both visits, our experienced bartenders Ralph and Dave always serve us very well. My total bill for our second visit was $98 excluding gratuity. We agreed we will continue to return here for the off season happy hour.
