点评：Coffee is great when it’s actually in stock. But that rarely happens, they blame it on staffing issues but seems more like a management issue. ordering is clearly an issue as well as not updating the app of out of stock items so customers end up paying and waiting in 30 minute lines for items they don’t even have.
Also HUGE red flag! Wanted to warn other parents before bringing children. this afternoon when I came with my kids the employees where playing and singing along that “i dont f**k with you, you little stupid a** bit** i ant f**king with you “ song full swear words version. When i mentioned there was kids in here my kids 5 years and 8 months. they ignored me chatted together about it “yeah theres kids in the here” then one boy continued to sing it louder.
While I do agree that song slaps in the right environment I feel in a dunkin around my children and really anyones children and family is super inappropriate. And super rude the way it was handled when pointed out. Im all for good vibes and singing along as we work but the language should be kept PG
