点评:我大概是5月份预定了 Zanzibar coffee house的房间,下完订单后我发现我的日期选错了,选成7.12-7.13,应该是7.13-7.14。我无法修改订单信息,就直接联系了酒店麻烦修改。因为担心没有房间,我说了如果没有35平的房间,小一点的房间也可以的。然后酒店回复已修改。我问酒店能否修改下我的booking订单信息,修改成正确的入住时间等 或者给我发邮件。
当时酒店就没有听从我的建议去修改这个订单信息或者给我发邮件,以及我当时付的是180美元的房间,然后他给我的是一个更小的房间,然后他也没有告诉我这个价格差。
我到了酒店之后,首先服务人员非常不热情。酒店没有和我们说这个订单房间的变化也没有告诉我们差价问题。直接把我们领到了那个很小的房间,然后我就说定的是个大床房,为什么现在是一个双床房,他当时的回答就是现在只剩下这一间房了。
之后我们查了booking订单,然后发现我们订的是一个大床房,我们就去找酒店的工作人员,当时酒店的工作人员就说这个不是他们的问题,这个是平台的问题。
我觉得这个酒店存在以下问题
1.没有及时的更改订单信息,或者是我们到达之后提前跟我们说这个订单的变化,以及,如果我们没有提出我们的房间本来是一个大床房,怎么现在是一个更小的房间,他们甚至不会退回我们差价。
2.从始至终,这个酒店从来没有承认过他们存在问题,他们永远说的是这个是平台的问题或者是我们的问题。
3.服务人员,从接待我们的人到经理到更高级的经历态度都很差。
4.酒店的房间非常糟糕,在床上你都可以看到死去的虫子的尸体。如果你要洗澡还要提前去烧热水,然而酒店的工作人员没有告诉我们。
最后我们觉得这个酒店难以住下去,所以我们直接就走了。然后我们要求全额退款,酒店直接拒接。
我觉得这个酒店完全不值得booking 9.1,这是我做住过最差的酒店,没有之一。
我建议所有游客,尤其是中国游客,不要选择他。

1. They didn't change the order information in time, or they told us about the change of the order in advance after we arrived, and if we hadn't pointed out how our room was originally a big bed room and now it is a smaller room, they wouldn't even refund us the difference.
2. From the beginning to the end, the hotel never admitted that they had a problem, they always said that it was the platform's problem or our problem.
3. The service staff, from the person who greeted us to the manager to the more senior experience had a poor attitude.
4. The hotel room was so bad that you could see the dead bugs in the bed. If you want to take a shower, you need to heat hot water in advance, but the hotel staff did not tell us.
In the end, we found the hotel untenable, so we just left. Then we asked for a full refund, and the hotel refused.
I don't think this hotel is worth 9.1. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
I would advise all tourists, especially Chinese tourists, not to choose him.
