I contacted them well in advance, calling over a dozen times throughout the week. Unfortunately, they only answered a few of my calls. When I did manage to get through, I was told that placing my order 3 days before the event was ideal. They also suggested using WhatsApp for further communication and order confirmation.
The WhatsApp communication was appalling. My messages were left on read for hours, often requiring me to send repeated follow-ups such as “Hello?” just to get a response. Even when they did reply, their responses were unhelpful, vague, and lacked the professionalism expected of a business.
When it came time to place the order 3 days before the event—exactly as they had instructed—I was met with complete silence. I called more than 10 times and not a single call was answered. I also sent multiple WhatsApp messages, all of which were ignored, until I eventually received a curt message saying, “Your order will not be possible.”
This was not only infuriating but also contradictory to their own guidance. I was explicitly told not to order earlier, only to be denied when I followed their instructions. To make matters worse, their messages were dismissive, lacking any clear explanation or effort to assist, leaving me with unanswered questions and no cake for my event.
Florensuc’s customer service is abysmal—unreliable, unresponsive, and downright rude. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking a professional and dependable patisserie.
Out of good faith I am withholding the screenshots of my conversation with them, but they know what they did and I recommend they fix it quickly so more people like me are not affected because their cakes are lovely, but horrible customer service.
