点评：Our friend wanted us to sing "backup" for her at an open mic performance (a live "house band" accompanies performers every Tuesday night here - for free!), so I made my first visit to this restaurant.
We arrived early so that we could eat dinner, and I'm happy to say that the food was just as good as it was at their old restaurant "Paula's Pub" that had been located on Route 376.
My husband adores their pastrami sandwich, and I treated myself to the risotto - wonderful! Save room for desserts: we tried the cheesecake, the cannoli cake, and the flourless chocolate cake, all very good. (I recommend ordering a glass of milk with the chocolate cake - it's REALLY dense and chocolately, which is great). Our waiter was friendly and attentive.
After dinner we went out into the lobby where the band was located (this is convenient because if you're still finishing dinner in the dining room when the band is performing, you're able to hear the music, but can also have a conversation without shouting - refreshing for a venue with live music).
The band was excellent, and knew every song that the various singers wanted to do. The singers were of various skill levels (normal for an "open mic" situation), but I must say that the audience was very supportive no matter what. With an audience like that, I might even take a chance at doing my own solo there one of these Tuesday nights!
Various local bands perform there every Saturday night. (I'm not sure about the rest of the week.) The lobby is a large space, so there is plenty of room to dance, too.
All in all a good experience!
