点评:First, let me state that this hotel was clean and comfortable. That being said, some front desk staff need customer service training.
We arrived early and asked whether it would be possible to check-in. The woman at the desk asserted check-in time was 3 p.m. Period. No apology or empathy. OK, we went to lunch and came back at 3:15. The two different women at the desk who checked us in were very pleasant so I assumed the earlier one was just having a bad day.
But at night we came back after "curfew" and had been told we would need our room key to get in. As I was getting my room key out of my purse a voice came across the intercom and asked "May I help you?". I told her we were returning and gave her my room number. She opened the door and as we entered the lobby began scolding us that they weren't supposed to let anyone in and next time she wouldn't (!). (I guarantee you there won't be a next time!) This was in front of other guests. I was deeply embarrassed and felt like a scolded child, so much so that I found it difficult to go to sleep. Still not sure what I did wrong!
