点评：Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in the area, for many years now. Last night we did have a nice dinner, however, it's necessary to review a few things. The watermelon salad was ridiculous. 6 cubes of watermelon with a pinky nail size of goat cheese and a 1/2 olive on top with a sliver of radish. Terribly uneventful. Same goes for the kale salad, uneventful. The previous kale salad was perfect. Why ruin a good thing, unless they have a new chef, which could explain the changes. They removed the best appetizer on the menu, the cauliflower. The gnocchi was absolutely delicious but the portion was pitiful for $32, an appetizer portion, not an entree portion. The pork rack was spectacular, and the tuna tacos were very tasty. Great room and the service is always hot or miss, last night was fine, although they did forget the bread order, no biggie. Love Butterfields but wish they were more on point and consistent. We will be back no doubt.
