点评:We decided to try Blue Pearl for a Sunday Brunch…this restaurant has been on my radar for quite some time. The menu is Asian-Fusion on an upscale level. The location is Staten Island’s new waterfront community called Urby. Nice vibe with views of the bay, and it’s within walking distance from the Stapleton train station.
The interior is unique, modern and well designed. The menu is very interesting, with plenty of options. I ordered Crab-Cakes Benedict which were served on mini croissants topped with a surprisingly delicious Wasabi-Hollandaise sauce and Peruvian potato wedges with Togarasi seasoning. My wife had a Salmon Teriyaki Wrap along with a salad with a Miso-Ginger dressing that paired well. Our neighbor ordered an Open-Faced Bacon Egg & Cheese entree that was very nice. It had this cheese sauce and was served on Brioche bread, that looked really tasty.
The food was very delicious, also we weren’t rushed into ordering and our server Justin was polite, professional and knowledgeable about the food. Brunch can be very rewarding and also disappointing due to the venue and volume at any given time.
I have nothing but positive vibes and praise for Blue Pearl. Kudos for making the experience worthwhile.

食物非常美味,而且我们点餐时也没有催促,服务员贾斯汀彬彬有礼、专业,而且对菜品了如指掌。由于场地和人数的限制,早午餐有时令人满足,有时又令人失望。
我对蓝珍珠餐厅只有积极的评价和赞美。感谢他们让这次体验物有所值。
