Holiday Inn Express & Suites Saugerties - Hudson Valley By IHG的点评
点评：DO NOT stay here!!! This hotel is running a scam. They charged me $80 over the price they quoted me twice!!! ( we were walk-ins as the roads were so dangerous we had to get off the Thruway)
They claimed they couldn’t give me a printed receipt when we checked out due to some issue and when I asked for an emailed receipt they didn’t send it. Wonder why??? I think we can all guess why.
They picked the wrong person to mess with. I am going to have my credit card company deny payment and investigate them and if you read other reviews on Trip Advisor you will see this is not an uncommon occurrence so I will supply the NYS Attny General Office with those reviews and details of my experience. I suggest any one else who has fallen victim to their scam contact the AG office too.
PS if you call the hotel directly to try to resolve the issue as IGH tells you to do they let it ring about a minute and a half and then hang up on you. They do the same even if reservations transfers you to them.
