点评:This is a nicely-styled restaurant in the Embassy Suites hotel. I stopped here for the alluring Saratoga Restaurant Week offerings. I thought the carrot-ginger bisque would be a great choice to start, but I found I didn't care for it as much as I had at other restaurants. It was rather ordinary, although the slices of tender-cooked carrots was a nice addition. The chicken Florentine was also below my expectations. It was a bit difficult to cut through with the dull butter knife they provided. The wobbly table made it especially challenging. The cooked spinach was delicious placed atop the buttery orzo. The sauce was practically absent from the dish, and the chicken was rather bland. This would have been better with a tomato and spinach cream sauce, but tomato in any form was completely absent from the dish. The lemon layer cake was surprisingly good given the fact that it wasn't particularly lemony. Raspberry added to the base made it quite satisfying despite this. The coffee was good, as was the muscato.
This is a place people come to drink. The long bar was filled to capacity, with long lines at the bar to take drinks to the tables.
